How the intro dive works
The instructor briefly explains what happens to a diver underwater and what to do to feel safe and comfortable. You try the equipment divers use and learn how it works.
In the pool you practise a few simple safety skills. The instructor stays beside you for the whole dive, so you can relax and enjoy the new experience.
